摘    要:从催化裂化装置的烟气能量回收入手,对国内现有烟气利用方案进行综述与分析,提出了先在高温下回收烟气动力,再回收烟气热量发生蒸汽的设想,通过适当提高再生器操作压力,提高烟气轮机入口烟气温度,催化裂化装置烟气能量回收率大大增加。

Abstract:The schemes for domestic flue gas utilization are analyzed in the light of FCC flue gas energy recovery. It is pointed out that the flue gas power can be recovered at high temperature first, and then the flue gas heat recovered to produce steam. The energy recovery of FCC flue gas will be greatly increased by increasing the regenerator operation pressure and the flue gas temperature at the flue gas expander inlet.
