浮选液位自动控制系统优化设计与应用

摘    要:针对国内某大型铅锌硫矿选矿厂的工艺流程特点,为了解决浮选过程中有色金属矿石性质不稳定、浮选作业之间液位的关联影响对生产指标造成频繁波动的问题,设计了一套浮选液位自动控制系统。系统研究了浮选液位回路的控制算法,有针对性的设计了人机交互操作界面,提出了一套完整的浮选液位自动控制系统方案,达到稳定选厂生产指标、降本增效的目的。通过在选矿厂的应用,验证了控制系统的有效性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of frequent fluctuation of production index caused by the unstable nature of non-ferrous metal ores and the related influence of liquid level between the flotation operations. This paper designs a set of automatic control system of flotation liquid level. This system studies the control algorithm of the flotation liquid level loop, designs the man-machine interactive operation interface pertinently, and puts forward a complete set of flotation level automatic control system scheme, which can stabilize the production index of the concentrator, reduce the cost and increase efficiency. The system has been verified the effectiveness of the control system through the comprehensive application of a large-scale polymetallic mine in China.
