摘    要:本文对GB 2760-2014与CODEX STAN 192-1995, Rev 2019中关于水产品中可使用的食品添加剂规定进行了详细的对比分析。从水产品分类、允许使用的食品添加剂种类、功能与限量等方面比较分析我国与CAC国际标准的异同。探讨了我国水产品中食品添加剂使用过程中存在的问题并提出了具体的对策和建议。

Abstract:Detailed comparative analysis was studied between GB 2760-2014 and CODEX STAN 192-1995, Rev 2019 on the application regulations of food additives in aquatic products. The similarities and differences on the aspects of aquatic product classification, allowable kinds, the function and limit of food additives between them were compared and analyzed. The problems existing in the use of food additives in aquatic products in China were discussed and the concrete countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
