摘    要:通过化学共沉淀法,制备尖晶石型SnO2-ZnO复合金属氧化物纳米粉体。利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析粉体结构和形貌;通过紫外可见光谱分析光催化剂对甲基橙、二甲酚橙、茜素红、茜素黄四种染料的光催化降解情况。结果表明,该复合氧化物粉体平均粒径小于40nm。通过计算染料的脱色率,说明该催化剂对以上四种染料均有良好的光催化降解作用。

Abstract:By chemical co-precipitation method, the spinel SnO2-ZnO composite metal oxide nano powder is prepared. The structure and mor- phology of powder is analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The photocatalytic degradations of methyl or- ange, xylenol orange, alizarin red and alizarin yellow are analyzed by UV visible spectroscopy. The results show that the average particle size of this composite oxide powder is less than 40nm. By calculating the decolorization rate of dyes, it is proved that this catalyst has excellent photocatalytic degradation effect on the four kinds of dyes as mentioned above.
