| Abstract: | Quality of construction project is related to the investment returns, social and environmental benefits of the project, quality of the project is related to the safety of country and people＇s lives and property, influences national economic development and social stability. Attaching great importance to the quality of the project is the bounden duty of the parties participating in the construction, meanwhile it is the mainly exempli- fication of the government＇s function to safeguard the quality of national and public interests. |
