二级好氧工艺处理炼油废水的研究

摘    要:针对我国多数炼油企业所采用的处理工艺对炼油废水降解效果差,对其进行二级好氧生化试验,研究不同参数下的处理效果。结果表明:COD的降解率达到70%以上;Oil的降解率达到90%以上;NH3-N的降解率达到80%以上;且废水达到国家一级排放标准:COD〈60mg/L;BOD<20mg/L;Oil〈5mg/L;NH3-N〈15mg/L;pH=6~9。

Abstract:The processing craft which uses in view of our country Most Refinery Enterprises is bad to the refinery wastewater degeneration effect, carry on two-stage aerobiosis biochemistry experiment to it, study under the different parameters the processing effect. The result indicated: The COD degeneration rate achieves above 70 % The Oil degeneration rate achieves above 9,0 %; The NH3-N degeneration rate achieves above 80 %; And the wastewater reaching grade 1 of integrated wastewater discharge standard: COD〈60 mg/L: BOD〈20 mg/L; Oi1〈5 mg/L; NH3-N〈15 mg/L; pH = 6-9.
