摘    要:考虑实际中汽车在高速行驶时,液压动力转向系统所产生的液压助力作用会随之加大问题,提出了一种在专利技术基础上的,含有浮动块的新型平衡式变量叶片泵,该泵应用在汽车转向助力泵等工况。同时介绍了新型泵的结构和工作原理,对浮动块进行受力分析,建立数学模型,并对泵在液压转向系统的流量变化动态仿真。结果表明该泵的动态流量特性曲线能够适应汽车转向助力的需要,是一种较有应用前景的新型叶片泵。

Abstract:To take account of the practical difficulties for an automotive hydraulic power steering greater with the high speed. Based on the study of the patent, this paper discusses the configuration and the action principle of a new variable displacement of double-action vane pump, which consists of a floating block. The pump belongs to an automotive hydraulic power steering system. In addition the mathematic model is presented and the simulation of flux with the pump is performed. The results show that the pump with the floating block can provide greater flow characteristic ability and prosperous utilization is expected.
