洛阳首阳山电厂废水零排放改造方案设计

摘    要:通过对洛阳首阳山电厂全厂水量平衡和盐量平衡的分析,提出了该厂进行废水零排放改造的2种设计方案:一是反渗透旁流处理结合补充水加酸处理;二是反渗透旁流处理结合补充水石灰处理。利用反渗透技术对循环水排污水进行回收,合理利用全厂各种废水,实现废水零排放。通过技术经济比较,推荐了第2种方案。

Abstract:Through analyses of water balance and salt balance of Luoyang Shouyangshan Power Plant,two design plans of zero waste water discharge,namely,reverse osmosis bypass in conjunction with adding acid into replenishing water and reverse osmosis bypass combined with lime treatment of replenishing water,are proposed.Using reverse osmosis technology,all types of waste water from circulation can be recycled to realize zero discharge.Through technical and economic comparisons,optimal plan is recommended.
