高性能矿灯充电电源设计

摘    要:设计了矿灯充电电源。设计中使用半桥拓扑结构,并应用了芯片UC3907,解决了变换器模块间电流应力分配不均的问题。使用了SG3525芯片双路的输出对开关管控制,通过采样调节脉宽使输出电压精度高,稳定性能好,现已成功应用于矿井中。

Abstract:Miner lamp charging power was designed.Using half-bridge topology structure in design,having applied chip UC3907,so it resolved that electric current can't distribute averagely in module of converter.At the same time, used SG3525 chip two kind of output to control switch tube,it can make output voltage'accuracy high and steady by sampling.It applies to the mine successfully.
