摘    要:本文提出将HHT(Hilbert-Huang translation)方法和高速率的采集卡组成的系统,用于测量低频调制域信号频偏。首先研究了利用先进信号处理方法HHT分析调制域信号频偏参数的实现方法,然后通过MATLAB仿真实验及针对HP33120A函数发生器的实测实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。采用上述方法,结合高速计算机数据采集系统,可以方便地实现具有较高测试精度、价格便宜的便携式现场低频调制域测试仪器。

Abstract:A measurement system is presented in this paper, which is composed of HHT method and high-speed data acquisition card. Its function is to measure the frequency deviation of low frequency modulation. The paper presents the theory regarding how to measure the frequency deviation with HHT. To validate the theory, MATLAB simulation experiment was designed, and the signals from function generator HP 33120 was measured using this system. Simulation and measurement data show that the theory is effective. Based on above-mentioned theory, this system not only has high precision in low frequency modulation measurement, but also can realize portable, in-situ measurement of low frequency modulation.
