| 摘 要： | 炼油化工装置的操作员培训系统中反应器的应用非常普遍,在模型开发中也是1个关键问题,反应器模型的开发直接关系到操作员的操作,模型开发的理论依据是否合理和准确影响到操作员的操作培训水平的提高,该论文主要说明如何建立反应器模型,如何进行反应器的物料衡算和热量衡算,利用化工原理知识和数学算法知识刨析模型建立原理。

| Abstract: | The applications of react models are of important in operator training system of petrochemical plant,and the development of the model is key technique,precision of theory argument of developed model will affect operating level of operator.The article is to explain how to construct fraction tower models,how to calculate material balance and heat balance of fraction tower.The article analyzes the model simulating principle by chemical theory knowledge and mathematics knowledge. |
