滚切剪剪切机构优化设计系统的构建

摘    要:构建了集成剪切机构优化设计与设计验证于一体的滚切剪剪切机构优化设计系统.探讨了剪切力公式选取的合理性,并分析了滚切初期阶段剪切力峰值的产生原因与克服技术,在此基础上将二者融合到设计模块中,提高了优化设计的科学性.并对该软件系统进行了可行性验证,结果表明了该软件系统的有效性.
