摘    要:在对DTC 158共振柱仪进行技术改进时,将配置Vib'SYS数据采集系统的微型计算机与DTC 158共振柱仪连接,实现对共振柱试验数据的自动采集、记录、计算和处理。文中介绍了共振柱试验的基本原理和改进后仪器的特点,并结合工程研究项目,在DTC 158共振柱仪上进行土的动剪模量比和阻尼比随动剪应变变化试验。通过实际工程应用表明,经过技术改进后的DTC 158共振柱仪的控制及测量性能提高一个数量级。Vib'SYS数据采集系统用于DTC 158共振柱仪,进行土的动力变形特性试验,提高了DTC 158共振柱试验的自动化程度、精度和工作效率。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of the DTC-158 resonance column test apparatus, a microcomputer equipped with the Vib'SYS data collection system was connected to the apparatus. The automatization of collection, recording, calculation and handling of the testing data was realized. The basic principle of resonance column test and the characteristics of the improved instrument were described briefly. The test on soil dynamic deformation characteristics, including the properties of dynamic shear modulus ratio and damping ratio fluctuated with the dynamic shear strain, of an actual project was performed on the DTC-158 resonance column test apparatus. It showed that the properties of controlling and measuring were improved by an order of magnitude, the automatization level and test precision and working efficiency of soil dynamic deformation characteristics test were raised greatly.-
