Reason Analysis of Tube Leakage for Ultra Supercritical Boiler Trial Operation and Countermeasures

During the trial operation of ultra supercritical boiler,due to equipment manufacturing,site installation,pickling,blowpipe,orifice tube,poor cleanliness within the heating surface caused congestion,and lead to short-term over-temperature of the heating surface and burst pipes,thus directly affects the boiler life and whole set start-up time.After analysis,the paper proposes prevention measures.
