单元制机组给水全程控制系统的分析与设计

摘    要:针对给水调节对象特性及给水泵的安全运行特性,进行了单元制汽包炉机组给水全程控制系统的需求分析。在此基础上,针对黄岛电厂210MW汽包炉机组,设计出了给水全程控制系统。该系统可实现不同负荷不同调节方式控制汽包水位的无扰切换,保证了给水泵的安全运行。

Abstract:Regulating target's characteristic of the feedwater and security operation characteristic of the feed pump, the demand for the feedwater whole process control system of unit drum boiler is analyzed, and the feedwater whole process control system for 210MW drum boiler in Huangdao is designed Power Plant. This system can realize no harass switch of the water level in the steam manifold with different load and distinct adjustment control, and it have guaranteed the safe operation of the feedwater pump.
