水电站厂房技术改造前后共振校核比较研究

摘    要:为了达到提高发电效率的目的,许多大型电站进行了或正面临着更换老机组的技术改造,本文以某工程实例为研究背景,通过建立厂房结构整体三维有限元模型,计算并且分析对比了水电站厂房技术改造前后动力特性上的差异.通过对水电站技改前后各种振源的分析,找出了对其影响较大的振源,从而进一步地对厂房整体结构进行了共振校核比较.研究结果表明,电站水轮机的更换对于厂房的共振频率和范围均有影响,应该引起关注。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency,many large-scale hydropower stations have been put into practice or are (faced) with the problems of replacing the old water turbine.In this paper,by researching into the (idiographic) project and building up the 3-D FEM model of the power house structure,the (vibration-sources) which are affected largely are found.Then the difference of dynamic characteristics is shown and compared between the prophase and anaphase of the technical modification.According to the check of the structure resonance vibration (between) the prophase and anaphase of the technical modification,it is shown that the replacement of the water (turbine) will bring the changes to the frequency and the scope of the resonance vibration.This problem ought to be noticed during the period of the technical modification.
