摘    要:针对传统水电厂能效评估中存在的流程不完整、指标体系不全面以及工具落后等问题,文章提出在评估流程中增加节能反馈环节,形成“评估闭环流程”;建立包括水能和生产两大类能效评估指标体系,反映水电厂各个环节的能效水平;提出水电厂能效评估系统开发的“一台三库”模式,使能效评估系统具有可移植、可扩展、模块化等优势,并以刘家峡水电厂为例实现应用。应用结果表明,文章提出的观点、方法及工具技术先进且具有可操作性,可为水电厂节能工作的开展提供有力支持。

Research on Energy Efficiency Evaluation and System Development for Hydropower Plants

Abstract:To solve the problems such as incomplete process, the uncomprehensive index system, and obsolete tools in traditional hydropower energy efficiency evaluation, this paper proposes a solution to form a "closedloop process to assess" through adding a feedback loop of energy conservation in the evaluation process. To reflect the level of energy efficiency in all aspects of hydropower plants, we establish two energy efficiency evaluation systems for water energy and production. The paper also proposes a "one platform and three library" mode for hydropower plants energy efficiency evaluation, which can enable the energy efficiency evaluation system to have a portable, scalable, modular, and other advantages, and takes Liujiaxia hydropower plant as an application example. The application results show the operability and progressiveness of proposed theory, methods and tools. The work presented in this paper can provide strong support for the hydropower plants energy conservation work.
