| 摘 要： | 随着能源互联网的发展，对电力通信骨干传输网提出了新的要求，文章回顾和梳理了省级电力光传输网的建设历程，对传输网的现状进行了描述，按照功能定位对省级传输网进行了划分，对存在的问题进行了分析，充分考虑业务用户需求和运行维护要求，从网络拓扑、设备选型等方面提出省级电力光传输网建设及优化方案。

| Abstract: | With the development of the energy internet, new requirements for the electric communication backbone transmission network are brought. This paper reviews the provincial electric power optical transmission network construction process and presents the current situation. According to the functions~ we divide provincial network into several parts and analyze the existing problems. Then, considering the requirements of users and operation maintenances, we propose a network construction and optimization scheme of provincial electric power optical transmission network covering the following aspects： network topology, equipment selection and other respects. |
