SAP在电力企业精益化管理中的研究与应用

企业精益化管理是提高企业管理水平的一个重要手段。文章以SAP系统为基础，针对电力企业中的管理模式。将SAP打造成为符合电力企业特殊性质的信息化管理软件。首先对SAP R／3系统进行总体的架构分析，然后针对云南电力研究院在管理开发中用到的关键技术点，SAP接口技术、SAP后台作业技术、搜索引擎技术进行深入分析研究，并利用这些技术实现SAP的系统应用，通过应用证明了SAP在电力企业精益化管理中的有效性和可行性，使企业朝着信息一体化、精益化的方向迈进。

Research and Application of SAP in the Lean Management of the Power Enterprise

Lean management is an important means for improving enterprise management level. Based on the SAP systems and aiming at the management mode in power enterprise, this paper extends SAP into information management software that is applicable for the power enterprise. Firstly, the general architecture of SAP R/3 system is analyzed. Then, the key technologies used in management development of Yunnan Electric Power Research Institute are deeply studied and analyzed; they are SAP interface technologies, SAP background job technologies and search engine technologies. Finally, the SAP system application is achieved. These applications prove the effectiveness and feasibility of SAP in the lean management of the power enterprise, which promotes information integration and lean management of power enterprises.
