| 摘 要： | 研究了炭黑母粒配方组成中的分散剂，特制加工助剂以及炭黑母粒制备工艺等对炭黑最终分散性的影响。试验表明：通过改变炭黑母粒配方或改变炭黑母粒的生产工艺都可较大幅度提高炭黑的分散性，从而提高炭黑母粒的品质，并根据试验结果提出了几种工艺条件下炭黑母粒的最佳配方。

| Abstract: | The effect of dispersing agent, special processing agent in black masterbatch and processing technology of black masterbatch on the dispersion of carbon black was studied. The research showed that the dispersion of carbon black could be improved largely by changing the amount of compositions in black masterbatch or by changing the technological process, thus the quality of black masterbatch would be improved. The best formulas of black masterbatch under several processing conditions were worked out respectively according to the experiment. |
