原位反应TiB2/Cu-Zr复合材料的力学与电学性能

摘    要:研究了自生TiB2粒子增强Cu-Zr复合材料的力学性能和电学性能。研究结果表明:在最优工艺下,复合材料具有较好的综合性能。抗拉强度为381MPa,显微硬度为Hv138,电导率为81.66%IACS。在此基础上,对该材料的断裂机理和导电机制进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:The mechanical and electrical properties of TiB 2/Cu-Zr composite material were studied in this paper. The results showed that an attractive composite was obtained.The tensile strength of the material was up to 381MPa,the microhardness 138Hv and the electrical conductivity more than 81.66% IACS under the optimized processing condition.And the mechanism of fracture was discussed.
