| 摘 要： | 介绍了山西焦化股份有限公司甲醇厂的24万t/a甲醇装置的焦炉煤气配水煤气工艺流程配置,分析了其主要工艺特点:焦炉煤气利用率高、弛放气排放量少、减少CO2排放及各种热能合理利用等,并针对该装置设计时的不足之处及原设备选型时的一些相关问题,提出了相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | The paper gave an introduction to the process flow and the main features of the 240 000t/a methanol plant of Shanxi Coking Co.,Ltd.,which could be summarized as follows： high in utilization rate of the coke oven gas,low in off gas discharge,no emission of CO2,rational utilization of various thermal energy,etc.Improvement was suggested on the original design,equipment selection and other related issues. |
