| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省七台河宝泰隆煤化工股份有限公司10万t/a炼焦油轻质化项目为例,介绍了高温煤焦油加氢工艺。在高温煤焦油加氢生产燃料油的过程中,为得到高燃料油收率,采用了加氢精制和加氢裂化相结合的工艺。主要对本套煤焦油加氢装置进行了操作条件和物料分析的技术标定总结,并进行技术分析,提出了合理化建议,以对今后的生产操作提供依据,保证装置的连续稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Introduced in this paper is a new way to produce harmonic component of high-quality fuel oil practiced by Bao Tai Long Coal Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd.located in Qitaihe city of Heilongjiang province.Coal tar oil was used as the raw material which underwent a combined process of hydrorefining and hydrocracking.After hydrogenating the high-temperature coal tar oil and its gradual separation,harmonic component of high-quality fuel oil could be obtained.In order to achieve a high yield,hydrorefining process and hydrocracking process should be combined for the hydrogenation of the high-temperature coal tar oil.It also explores a new way of hydrogenation on high-temperature coal tar oil.This paper serves as a summary of the technical calibration of the coal tar hydrogenation plant. |
