摘    要:通过层次分析法和模糊原理,科学地把4个学生宿舍设计方案从安全性、经济性和舒适性3个方面进行了量化分析、评价和优选.采用5个层次、36个指标进行评价,并利用Maple软件编程计算得到各个方案的综合权重值,量化评价的结果表明:在经济因素为主要因素的前提下,设计方案一为最优方案,设计方案三次之,设计方案四再次,设计方案二最差.

Abstract:Using AHP and fuzzy theory,four dormitory designs are scientifically analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of the safety,economy and comfort.To get more objective and accurate result,the evaluation used five levels and 36 indicators.The comprehensive weight of the four designs was computed by Maple programs,and the quantitative result is that the first one is the best,then the third and the fourth,the second one is the worst on the premise of economic factors mainly.
