干熄焦技术的节能减排及环保分析

摘    要:分析了干熄焦技术节能减排效益及国内应用现状,指出干熄焦技术是焦化企业实现节能减排的重要措施之一,在钢铁联合企业应大力推广;同时分析了独立焦化企业推广干熄焦技术应综合考虑的相关制约因素,如SO2排放增加,酚氰废水有外排可能,干熄焦产生蒸汽的利用等。

Abstract:The benefits of coke dry quenching(CDQ) technology in energy conservation and emission reduction were analyzed in the study,and the application of such technology in Shanxi province and elsewhere in China was summarized.The key problems restricting the popularization of CDQ were pointed out.The paper suggested that the CDQ technology should be prudently developed in Shanxi Province based on the water supply capacity and the restrictions of the environmental quality status.Stress should be laid on the updating of the coke oven facilities and the execution of energy conservation and emission reduction so as to realize both energy conservation and environmental protection in a harmonious way.
