| 摘 要： | 介绍了马钢新区焦化TPS控制系统的功能和特点,通过诸如焦炉煤气集气管压力和煤气鼓风机压力的控制与平衡、TPS系统与PLC子系统的兼容和复杂控制、生产管理信息系统的建立等一系列控制方案在工艺生产过程的应用,充分体现了TPS系统的控制稳定性以及先进的管控一体化理念。

| Abstract: | The functions and features of the TPS control system in the Coking Plant of MASTEEL New Area were introduced.Through the application of a series of control-schemes in the production process,e.g.the control and balance of the COG pressure between the collectors and the blower,the compatibility between the TPS system and the PLC sub-system and their complex control,the establishment of production management information system,etc.,the control stability and the advanced concept of integrated management and control in relation to TPS system have been fully exhibited. |
