| 摘 要： | 探讨细纱集合器的使用效果.分析了细纱集合器的作用,在粘胶环锭纺与赛络纺多个品种上使用集合器进行了纺纱对比试验,并对使用集合器的有关工艺配置及注意事项进行了分析与阐述.认为细纱使用集合器有利于提高成纱强力,改善条干,降低毛羽,节约用棉,提高纺纱速度.指出:使用细纱集合器时,应注意合理配置有关工艺,选择适宜的开口宽度,并加强运转管理,使集合器始终保持良好状态,减少因集合器使用不当产生的不良影响,使集合器在提高细纱产质量方面发挥较好的作用.
