摘    要:综述了甲醇制汽油(MTG)的反应机理及固定床、流化床、列管式反应器等工艺流程;介绍了MTG工艺的工业化应用情况;分析了MTG工艺的优点、经济性及制约因素。指出发展MTG可以优化我国的能源配置,降低对石油进口的依存度,还可以为国内甲醇提供一条切实可行的出路。

Abstract:The methanol-to-gasoline(MTG) reaction mechanism and its technological processes,such as fixed-bed,fluidized-bed and tubular reactor were surveyed,and its commercial application was introduced.After summing up the MTG process advantages,its economical efficiency and limiting factors,the paper pointed out that MTG could optimize China's energy structure and relax its dependence on imported oil.Furthermore,it could be a very practical way for the consumption of China's methanol.
