煤半焦和残渣半焦的CO_2气化过程的反应动力学研究

摘    要:对神华煤半焦(CC)和神华煤直接液化残渣半焦(RC)在不同温度下和CO2反应进行了研究,结果显示,由于矿物质的催化作用,残渣半焦CO2气化反应性略强于煤半焦;利用不同温度下的实验结果,采用均相反应模型(HM)和未反应缩芯模型(SCM)对煤和残渣的CO2气化动力学进行了模拟,得到煤半焦和残渣半焦均相反应模型和未反应缩芯模型的Arrhenius方程式。把模拟结果和实验数值进行比较,结果发现均相反应模型和未反应缩芯模型都能较好地模拟煤半焦和残渣半焦的CO2气化过程;未反应缩芯模型的模拟结果要好于均相反应模型的模拟结果。

Abstract:Gasification reactivity of Shenhua coal char(CC) and Shenhua coal direct liquefaction residue char(RC) with CO2 was studied using a fixed bed reactor at different temperature.The results show that the residue char has better gasification activity than the raw coal char due to the catalysis of the remained and enriched mineral.The kinetic parameters k and E were calculated using Homogeneous Model(HM) and Shrinking Core Model(SCM).The simulation results and experimental results show that compared with the homogeneous model,shrinking core model could better simulate the steam gasification process.
