摘    要:煤经甲醇制烯烃(MTO)较石脑油蒸汽裂解制烯烃在目前有一定的原料价格优势。与传统的石脑油蒸汽裂解相比,MTO产品气中氢、甲烷等轻组分含量少,但含有导致腐蚀结垢的氧化物,而且氮氧化物的存在,容易形成爆炸性胶质,从而产生安全隐患。西比埃鲁姆斯工程技术公司(Lummus)根据这些特点,开发了适应MTO产品气的烯烃分离技术。MTO装置的副产品碳四和碳五是优良的烯烃转化原料,烯烃转化技术(OCT)与MTO工艺相结合,可以将碳四、碳五转化为高价值的丙烯,能带来较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The economic advantages of MTO compared to traditional naphtha steam cracking are analyzed based on raw material prices.Compared to steam cracker charge gas,MTO product gas contains less methane and hydrogen but more oxygenates,which leads to corosion and fouling problems.Further the presence of NOx and the potential for forming NOx gums can lead to safety concerns.Lummus Technology tailored the design of its MTO recovery process to fully address these MTO charge gas characteristics and to provide a design that is inherently safe and which will minimize any fouling or corrosion concerns.The MTO byproduct C4's and C5's are good feedstock for the Olefins Conversion Technology(OCT) process.The combination of the MTO recovery and OCT processes will provide the best economics for an MTO plant by increasing the value of the C4 C5 byproducts from fuel or gasoline value to propylene value.
