| 摘 要： | 当前，工业企业管理中比较突出的问题是管理的基础工作薄弱。这是许多企业生产不稳定、经济效益不高的一个重要原因。所以，在企业全面整顿工作中加强管理的基础工作就显得十分重要。本文的研究是我国企业建立现代企业管理模式的一个重要突破口，尚有诸多问题值得研究。

| Abstract: | The prominent problem in the administration of the industrial enterprises is the weak basis administration. This is the main reason why many enterprise. production is not stable and their economical result is not satisfactory. So it is extremely important to strengthen the basis administration in the course of all - round consolidating enterprises. This study is an important breakthrough in setting up model enterprise administration modes in the enterprises of our country. And there are more topics in this field deserving studying. |
