摘    要:将用4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(M D I)化学处理过的PPS(简称CPPS)与PA 1010及高分子量的乙烯、马来酸酐、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(简称EM G)共混,制备了一系列不同配比的CPPS/PA 1010/EM G共混物,并对这些共混物的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,当M D I含量在2.0份~2.5份之间时,材料的综合力学性能较好。而随着EM G含量的增加,材料的冲击强度显著提高,且其它的力学性能基本保持不变。并推测了增容机理。

Abstract:Using diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) chemically treated polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) blended with polyamide(PA1010) and ternary compolymer(EMG) which is composed by high molecular weight polyethylene, maleic anhydride and glycidyl methacrylate,a series of CPPS/PA1010/EMG alloy were prepared,and the mechanical properties of alloy were studied.The result indicates that the general mechanical properties of alloy are better when the content of MDI is(2.0)~(2.5).The notched Izod impact strength of alloy increases with the increasing of EMG content in the condition of keeping other mechanical properties.And the compatibilization mechanism was also presumed.
