数字化技术在海洋石油平台结构完整性管理中的应用

摘    要:分析了海洋石油平台结构在全生命周期内所产生完整性数据的特点.分别阐述了工程建设与生产运维阶段的数字化技术应用.利用三维设计和可视化功能为平台结构提供数字化平台.通过工程案列验证了数字化技术可行性、高效性,实现工程建设阶段向生产运维阶段的数字化移交,确保平台处于可靠和安全的服役状态.

Abstract:The characteristics of integrity data in the offshore oil platform structure, during its whole life cycle were analyzed. The application of digital technology on the engineering construction and operation maintenance stage was explained. Used the three-dimension design and visualizing function to provide digital platform for the platform structure. The digital technology was verified feasibly and efficiently by means of the engineering cases, so it will realize that the engineering construction stage turns over operation maintenance stage in digitization, and ensures the reliable and safe service of the platform.
