微波法提取银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

摘    要:对银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的微波提取条件进行了系统的研究,同时,在单因素试验的基础上,采用了L9(34)正交试验,最终确定了最佳提取条件.结果表明,银杏叶黄酮最佳提取工艺为:在固液比145,微波功率1000W,70%乙醇的条件下进行4次平行实验,每次提取12 min,提取两次,可得微波法提取的黄酮含量占银杏叶中总黄酮的80.4%.

Abstract:This article studied the extraction processes of flavonoids with microwave. On the basis of single factor tests,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained by L9 (34) experiment. The results show the optimum extraction technique was the following: under conditions of the solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 45 ,microwave power 1000W and 70% ethanol, the measurements were carried out on four parallel experiments. Extraction can be achieved for 12 minutes two times. The content of flavonoids extract by microwave is accounted for 80.3% of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba.
