| Abstract: | A general analysis of personnel cultivation for English majors in local engineering institutes is doneand the aim for applied talents cultivation and countermeasures are put forward-cultivating English talents withcommunicative competence, solid language basis and certain professional knowledge, finding their feet in thesociety and serving the local economic development. |
