基于ABAQUS的压电悬臂梁有限元仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了压电效应与压电材料相关理论及大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS及其力电耦合场分析功能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对压电材料悬臂梁进行分析.建立了ABAQUS软件压电悬臂梁实体模型,设定几何尺寸和材料特性参数进行性能仿真,具有很好的通用性.讨论了不同电压下电压-位移变化关系.算例结果表明ABAQUS计算结果同理论解吻合很好,具有较高的精度.

Abstract:This paper introduced the related theory of piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric materials,finite element analysis software ABAQUS and its mechanical-electric coupling analysis function. Piezoelectric cantilever beam was analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS. The model of piezoelectric cantilever beam is established. The geometric dimensions and material characteristic parameters for performance simulation was set,ABAQUS has the very good generality. Voltage- displacement are discussed under different voltage.Numerical example results showed that the calculation results of ABAQUS agreed well with the theoretical solution which had high precision.
