摘    要:阐述了内燃机摩擦磨损机理和铁谱技术。通过利用铁谱加热分析法对内燃机的摩擦磨损进行分析与研究。这一分析方法对于分析和鉴别多摩擦副工况下的油液中各类磨粒的材质成分是一种极为有效方法,并且为内燃机摩擦磨损的故障诊断提供了有利的科学依据。

Abstract:This paper clarifies wear mechanism of internal combustion engine and ferrography,and analyses and research friction wear of internal combustion engine by using the method of heating analysis of ferrogram.This technology is proved to be valuable and cost-effective in analyzing and identifying the component of all kinds of wear particles formed in the oil of friction pairs.And it is a scientific method to research mechanical Abrasion fault diagnosis of internal combustion engine.
