摘    要:甲磺酸体系中,通过3,4,5一三甲氧基苯甲酰氯与壳聚糖的反应制得了3,4,5一三甲氧基苯甲酰壳聚糖。采用红外光谱、广角X射线衍射、紫外光谱等方法对目标产物进行了结构表征。结果表明.产物具有3,4,5一三甲氧基苯甲酰壳聚糖的结构特征,并具有较好的表面活性、较好的溶解性能和一定的吸收紫外线的能力,有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:trimethoxy benzoylate chitosan was prepared by chitosan reacting with 3,4,5-trimethoxy benzoyl chloride in methylsulfonic acid system. It is shown through the result of FT-IR that the product has expected molecular structure of 3,4,5-trimethoxy benzoylate chitosan. The result of X-ray shows that the crystallinity of chitosan is decreased greatly after the grafting reaction. It is confirmed through the result of UV that the product has good property of ultraviolet absorption. The product has certain capacity of surface activity, solubility and film forming. It is very valuable for practical application.
