摘    要:Under the sintering condition of normal pressure,the su-perfine,high density tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics wereprepared by means of doping 3 mol% Y_2O_3 and other trace oxideswhich act as the grain stabilizing agent and the grain growing in-hibitor.By the density measurements and analyses of XRD,SEM andTEM,etc.it was studied that the microstructure of ZrO_2system poly-crystalline ceramics is affected by doping trace oxides of CuO. Fe_2O_3and SiO_2.

Abstract:Under the sintering condition of normal pressure, the su-perfine, high density tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics were prepared by means of doping 3 mol% Y2O3 and other trace oxides which act as the grain stabilizing agent and the grain growing in-hibitor. FezO3 and SiO2.
