小型汽轮机组电液调速系统的特点及稳定性分析

摘    要:以N60—8.83—1型汽轮发电机组为例,介绍了数字电液调速系统在小型汽轮机组应用中的结构特点、工作方式;分析了该系统的工作油品质和执行机构对机组运行稳定性的影响,指出要全程投用净油装置,并做好伺服阀与油动机的静态关系整定。

Abstract:Taking the N60-8.83-1 turbine-generator set as an example,structural features and operation mode of the DEH(digital electro-hydraulic) control system applied to small turbine units are being presented,while the influence of its oil quality and executive mechanism on operational stability of the unit analyzed.It is pointed out that oil purification system should be equipped for full range of the unit,while the static relationship between servo valve and oil-driven machine properly adjusted.
