丁二酮肟掺杂磁性Fe3O4粒子吸附剂的制备

摘    要:采用液相共沉淀法制备了纳米磁性Fe3O4粒子,在丁二酮肟存在下,以正硅酸乙酯水解缩合方式在其表面包覆一层SiO2-丁二酮肟复合材料,采用透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(IR)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等技术对复合粒子的形貌、组成和磁响应性能进行了表征,依据丁二酮肟对Ni2+优异的配位能力,研究复合粒子吸附Ni2+的最适pH、吸附速率、洗脱等条件,结果表明,pH=4—7时所得材料可对微量Ni2+进行定量吸附。

Abstract:A new magnetic composite material nano-magnetic Fe3O4 was prepared by liquid phase coprecipitation,and then coa ted with SiO2-dimethylglyoxime complex fabricated by hydrolysis and condensation methods in presence of dimethylglyoxime. The obtained material was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM),infrared ([R) spectra and vibration sample magnetometer (VSM). The optimum parameters such as pH,rate and elution condition,which can influences the adsorption property of composite materical were investigated according to the excellent complex capacity of dimethylglyoxime and Ni2+. The results indicated that trace amount of Ni2+ could adsorb on the composite at pH 4-7.
