智能内漏检测仪的研制

柴油机在运行过程中，常出现冷却水内漏到柴油机汽缸内的问题。为保证行车安全，对这种内漏现象进行检测和监视十分必要。在科学技术高速发展的今天，智能仪器凭借其体积小、功能强、功耗低等优势，迅速发展起来，成为检测仪器领域的一支不可或缺的主力军。针对机务段检测柴油机气缸冷却水内漏的需要设计开发了一种新型智能检测仪器。本检测仪以MCS-51单片机为核心，以一片拥有相对湿度和温度多传感模块并包含标准数字输出的温度湿度传感器为基础，实现对温度和湿度的测量与实时显示，且能通过串行通讯实现与上位机的数据交换。

Design of the Inner-leakage Intelligent Detection Instrument

When the gas engine is operating,it usually occurs that cooling water leaks out into the gas engine cylinder.In order to insure the safety of the running machine,it is necessary to check and monitor the innerlinkage.With the highspeed development of technology,intelligent detection instrument is becoming main army in detection instrument field.Aiming at the need of checking cooling water leakage which leaks out into the gas engine cylinder, a new intelligent device is developed.MCS51 is the core of it.A temperature and humidity sensor which includes relative humidity transduction module,temperature transduction module and standard digital output is the most important part of it.The device not only can check the humidity and temperature which can be displayed in realtime, but also communicate with computer.
