摘    要:用水蒸汽蒸馏方法提取了罂粟籽挥发性化学成分,采用GC—MS进行定性分析,并结合数据解析、文献参照和采用标准品确认四种方法进行可能化合物确认,共鉴定出72种。也是迄今为止检测的化合物最多的一篇报道。以罂粟籽为原料,经此工艺处理后提取的挥发性成分中不含吗啡及其它可致人上瘾的毒素。其中有不少与罂粟籽辛香味相关的化合物,约占总峰面积的7.81%,如醛类、呋喃酮类、吡嗪类、柠檬烯、异丁酸丁酯。它们是典型存在于许多香料中的香味物质,可以作为调味品被广泛应用。另外,此提取方法成本低、简便易行,适合工业化大批次生产,使罂粟籽为原料的香辛料产品在食品领域的开发应用走向越来越广阔的前景。

Abstract:We extracted the volatile chemical constituents from seeds of Papaver somniferum L.by steam distillation,and then made the qualitative analysis by four methods,which are respectively the GC/MS research,the data analysis,papers reference and standard substance comparison.We have found 72 chemical substances in the volatile chemical constituents,the quantities of which have been so far the largest.Besides,the extracted compound doesn't contain any abused drugs such as morphine,codeine,etc.,that easily make people addict.Some of them,which takes 7.81% of overall areas,are bitter-flavor substances such as Furfural,Pyrazines,Furanones,Limonene,Isobutyl butyrate etc..All the above-mentioned substances are able to send forth fragrant smell and exist universally in spices.So the extraction can widely be used as a kind of seasoning.Additionally,this extracted method is simple,convenient,cost-inexpensive and suitable for mass-produced on a large scale.All those advantages will bring the research and development of seeds of Papaver somniferum L.in the food field with a wider potential market.
