| 摘 要： | 通过分析某电厂1 025 t/h锅炉再热器超温爆管的主要原因,提出了改造燃烧器、缩减受热面管子高度以及更换受热面管子材料等相应的改造措施,并根据实际情况对系统进行了适当的改造,取得了较好的效果,为同类型机组的改造提供了有益的借鉴. |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the main courses of over temperature tube-burst of 1025 t/h boiler's reheater of some power plant,puts forward relevant transformation measures such us transforming burner,reducing tube's height of heating surface,replacing tube's material of heating surface and so on.Transforms the system according to actual situation,gets better effects,offers beneficial referrence to the same type unit transformation. |
