| 摘 要： | 针对焦炉集气管压力系统波动大及自动化低下的现状,开发了智能控制系统,通过采用Honeywell集散控制系统和VC软件编程,实现可视化调节,将压力稳定在给定的工艺波动范围内。该系统在涟源钢铁有限公司进行试验和使用,效果良好。

Intelligent Control System of Gas Collector Pressure in Coke-Ovenfor |

| Abstract: | Based on the collecting pressure system of coke-oven which has large scope of fluctuation and lower automatization,the intelligent control system for coke-oven is developed.By adopting Honeywell DCS and VC programme,the system implements the visualization regulation of the collecting pressure system of coke-oven,and stabilizes the pressure in the given scope of fluctuation.The system is tested and used in Lianyuan iron and steel Ltd,and acquires better effect. |
