摘    要:针对某300MW低倍率复合循环锅炉工况变化频繁,主汽温动态特性是变非线性较强的特点,文章采用分级设计控制方案,对一级喷水减温提出一种智能的“阀位”控制方法,对二级喷水减温采用模糊控制结合专家自整定串级PID控制方法,并应用集散控制系统,完成了该系统的设计和实施。

Abstract:An intelligent valve control scheme and a fuzzy control strategy incorporating the cascade PID with an expert auto tuning scheme are suggested for the first and second step spraying,respectively of a 300MW low multiply combined circulation boiler with the working condition changing frequently and the strong steam temperature dynamic time varying nonlinear property.The system design is implemented by using a distribute control system.The industrial application results show that the main steam temperature control method suggested in this paper has better control performance and stronger adaptive capability to the noises than those of the normal control method.
