| Abstract: | The comprehensive planning and design are carried out for dividing engineering tender and contract range as well as the construction, so that the employer is able to have the clear intention to call for tender and divide tender, brings his management level into full play, rationally disposes funds, further impels successfully conducting tender work and wins over the contrator getting into site to construct earlier. |
