靖西天然气管线重大危险源辨识

由于天然气具有易燃易爆的特性，因此必须按照国家标准《重大危险源辨识》（GB18218—2000）中规定的危险物质及临界量确定标准和方法，对天然气处理、加工、储存、运输设施和场所是否属于重大危险源进行辨识。文章介绍了重大危险源辨识的计算方法，以及对陕西靖边至西安天然气长输管线、场站和跨越系统存量进行计算的结果。对其存量超过临界量的系统，提出了应制定专门的监控方案和事故应急救援预案的建议。
