色织产品开发及生产技术的研讨

色织行业是棉纺织行业中的传统优势产业之一,但由于我国广大色织企业的产品开发及其生产技术发展不平衡,导致效益不佳。作者从原料选用、纱线结构变化、组织结构设计、流行色应用、功能整理、多层次深加工等方面系统阐述色织新产品开发的思路。对涉及色织产品生产的纱线漂染、经浆、织造及后整理等技术作了全面探讨,在此基础上提出了提高国内色织产品市场竞争力的措施。

Development and Production Technology of Yarn-dyed Product

Yarn-dyed weaving industry is a traditional advantage industry of the whole cotton textile industry in China,but the economic benefit is not so good as many relative enterprises are weak in balancing new product design and its production technology.The author introduced some new ideas for yarn-dyed fabric development in this article,in terms of selection of raw materials,yarn structure,fabric texture,the application of fashion color,functional finishing,etc.Some technologies for yarn-dyed fabric production including slashing,weaving and finishing were also studied.
