| 摘 要： | 棉用耐久阻燃剂DM-3070是磷酸酯类无甲醛阻燃剂,采用2D树脂作为交联剂可有效地与棉纤维交联,使阻燃整理后的织物具有良好的阻燃效果、耐洗性能,布面甲醛含量可控制在75mg/kg以内。相对于传统的含甲醛的棉用耐久阻燃剂,可以有效改善生产环境和服用性能,并为完全无甲醛耐久阻燃整理打下了一定的基础。

Study on Application Performance of Durable Flame Retardant DM-3070 for Cotton Fabric |

| Abstract: | Durable flame retardant DM-3070 for Cotton fabric is non-formaldehyde phosphate ester flame retardant.DM-3070 could effectively crosslink cotton fiber with 2D resin as cross-linking agent.The fabric after flame retardant finishing has good flame retardant effect,washing fastness,and cloth formaldehyde content can be controlled within 75 mg/kg.Compared with the traditional cotton fabric flame retardant DM-3070 can effectively improve the production environment and performance,and laid certain foundation for completely formaldehyde-free durable flame retardant finishing. |
